I have lived in Chappaqua for 37 years and been a real estate salesperson for the past 24-consistently finding success in this field that I enjoy greatly. In 1998, I was recognized as one of Houlihan Lawrence's seven Top Producers company-wide, and on numerous occasions, shared the Top Producer Award for Chappaqua with two other office colleagues.
Prior to beginning in real estate, I was a medical technologist (ASCP) licensed in both Ohio (where I was born, grew up, and educated) and in California where I worked in medical research both in Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay area. My next career step was in travel where I became a senior purser for Pan American World Airways based in San Francisco, flying commercial passengers, but also Military Airlift Charters in and out of Vietnam during the war. Then, after moving east, and during the time my children (four boys) were young, I worked part-time for Pan Am in their White Plains, NY corporate office as customer relations specialist and liaison with large corporate accounts. Community Involvement: Ever since I came to Chappaqua, I have been a volunteer with a number of civic and charitable organizations. I am a past president and a current sustaining member of The Junior League of Northern Westchester, as well as past president of the New Castle Historical Society where I am currently a Board member and committee chairperson. I also served as President of New Neighbors and as a member of the Chappaqua Library Nominating Committee. |
